Default Supporting mods w. a kenne bell?

The next mod I plan to doisinstall ford racing lowering springs, and after that put my spare money into a pot for a 2.1 Kenne Bell supercharger. My goal is to have it all ready to go by around July ... and what I'm wondering is:If I'm making 400 rwhp, is a beefed up suspension going to be a 100% necessity for my Cobra if I don't want to just spin when I'm at the track? If so, what specifically? Also if I'm making 400 horses, the stock internals should hold up safely with no problems, right? I'm not 100% sure on what everything is legally rated at on this car .. I heard the rods were 450 rwhp? Is that correct? Finally, does anybody know what other supporting mods I'm gonna need to invest in for my car to run right that ARE NOT included in the supercharger kit, if any? Thanks for the help guys.

All you need to hook up with 400 hp is a set of drag radials. Your bottom end will hold up fine as long as you have a good tune. Any time you go supercharged you need to add a cai and good exhaust. You'll see good gains from that with a blower car. Your kit should have everything you need for it to run right.

dont forget about the fuel system and the proper spark plugs. Also invest in some gauges to suit your need so you can monitor everything safely

best mods i saw with my 2.1 was a blower cam and exhaust work. if youre state doesnt have strict emmissions laws.. your first mod should be longtubes.

Yeah, I've already got a decent exhaust set up. I imagine I wouldnt need to change that out with the supercharger? I already have a air/fuel gauge and oil pressure gauge ... gonna invest in a boost gauge of course whenever I finally get it. Thanks for the help guys.

drag springsas well asupper and lower control arms would make a big difference with traction! like the previous statement before was said, DRs are your friend and will be night and day with a blower car
