you should be able to..im guessing you have a mach1000 system...my friend did it in his old o1 with kicker...and a kicker comp sub...should just plug into the rca jacks in the back of the radio..

This is a subject of much debate. Post or search in the audio/video area and they'll explain why. I don't know **** about electronics.
From what I've gathered, it's either all Ford or all aftermerket components in your car due to inconmpatibility from impedance issues.

[sm=exactly.gif]The stock system has some really interesting wiring. I tried and just gave up cause I didn't want to mess with it. If you want your bass back go on ebay and get two more amps for like $20, or you could crack open the amps themselves and replace the blown resistors.

I have a Kenwood head unit with all of my stock Mach460 speakers. The only sacrifice i had to make was pay the guy at Best Buy$150to rewire my speakers. It actually sounds really nice running off of the 52wx4 amp that is in the head unit, and it sounds louder to me compared to my brothers all stock mach460 system.

you should replace everything. Mach 1 system is no good. new deck. You have to bypass those stock amps. Eliminate them. find em and jump them. if you change the deck you must hardwire it in don't use a harness. run your amp right off your aftermarket deck.
