Default SPEC Stage 3 Throwout Bearing???
I'm going to be installing a SPEC stage 3 Clutch and flywheel. I was wondering what would be the best throwout bearing that I can buy for my 00' GT? I have heard some bad things about the ones that come with the clutch. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I used the one that came with the kit. Been fine so far ~5000 miles.

I would get one from ford it has worked for me ads well as everyone I have talked to very well.(even with upgraded clutces)
