if it was a honest body shop they will do what ever it takes to make sure that their work holds up and if it doesnt then they do whatever they have to to make it right. even if they have to give your your money back. as for your insurance company they may warranty it but they are going to go after the shop to get the money so in the end it still falls back on the shop. probley what your insureance company has is not a chain of body shops but what are called DRP's (direct repair promgram) that doesnt mean that they are the best shops for the job it just means that they are willing to work with the insureance company to help save them some money. i have seen alot of people pay for a paint jobs that the insureance company said they would warranty.

What? Let us know how that works out for you. Oh buy the way Dearborn Assembly is now closed. Maybe they will just let you walk in and use the old paint system
