its unfortunate the problem your having, but i listened to your video and me and some guys from the ford shop said you definitly need to inspect the valvetrain on both cylinder heads. Your gonna find a problem under one of the valve covers if not both.

That sounds 100% like PTV contact to me. I'd say your timing is off or you need to get those cams degreed in. Don't start the car anymore until you get the timing right.

That happened to my car. The timing chain jumped a tooth when I was reinstalled the chains and I didn't notice it (learned the hard way, always get a friend to help). When I cranked it over by hand it didn't bind or make any noise. But when I got everything back in the car and started it, it sounded exactly like yours.

I opened it back up, reset the timing and the issue was resolved. You may have some bent valves now though. You can do a leakdown test to check (I still need to check mine).

Here's what mine sounded like. I was "100% sure" my timing was correct the first time too, because I followed the procedure correctly. I was wrong. The chain jumped a tooth and I didn't catch it. Sounds just like yours.
