Isolators and Springs question

Isolators and Springs question
I'm planning on getting new rear isolators for my shocks. Where are some good places to get them? Also, apparently my springs have been adjusted by the previous owner using a clamp. I have pics of both rear eibach springs. If anyone can tell me why they're there and what would happen if I removed them, I would greatly appreciate it. THanks guYs

if you are going with those shocks/struts get the maximum motorsport starter box from standsuspension.com. comes with isolators, caster camber plates, h&r race springs & bilsteins all around. just over a grand for everything.
