RE: Everybody pitch in!!!
Another thing to consider is the supercharger kits, for your year Mustang, come with a chip for your tune. You will notNEED a tune with the s/c. With the heads and such, you will need a dyno tune to drive your car. Living in Puerto Rico, I'm not sure how plentiful those tuner shops are...and dyno tunes cost approximately $500.

there is no way in hell i wouldnt get my car retuned if i bought a supercharger that came with a chip. thats risking in blowing up the motor. maybe i would drive it on that tune to get it to the dyno, but i wouldnt hot rod around town with it unless i knew someone with a flat bed. lol.

If the car's mostly stock you'll be fine. Vortech makes you send them your computer to be re-flashed. Kenne Bell is pretty adament insuggestiong you do not get a dyno tune if your car's mostly stock. They send you a cusom burnt chip. If you blow up your car without using their chip, they take no responsibility.
Of course, If you have mods, you need to get a dyno tune because the chip/reflash isn't programmed for this.
