are they going to slow me down, cause its more rolling weight or will it be unnoticed?

guess theres really nothing i can do now they will be here thursday

Well first off 10.5 rims are heavy anyway, but you'll be fine if you are a street and sometimes track person

You are going to get better traction over stock wheels so you will end up being quicker. First gear use to be useless over 4000 RPM at full throttle but now I just hook. The first to second shift - the tires bite the ground harder therefore better acceleration is realized. I put out about 247 RWHP. I have BFG KDs 315/35/17. I'm sure there are grippier tires out there though.

I forgot to mention that I use 3.73 gears.

my 315 nittos on 10.5 rims are within 5 pounds of my 15 inch V6 wheels and MTs.
