Since the cold weather came upon us, everytime I would leave my car outside and put the e-brake on it would stick on. I would have to move the handle up and down rapidly very hard and it would finally unstick itself gradually. Whats goin on? It didnt do this last winter. It only does it if the car sits for overnight or so.
