I tried trouble shooting it myself and ended up addes some washers on the bottom hinges of the door. Fixed the sag and the door basically closes with ease. It also eliminated that annoying wind buzz I got from highway driving. The only draw back was that there is a little noticable gap where the bottom of the door and fender meet.

That is the price you pay for do it yourself. Pretty cheap if you ask me... Good Job.

I had to add the washers. When I was messing with the door to see exactly what was wrong I unbolted the bottom hinge. That caused the door to become unaligned and made the whole situation even worse than before (I couldn't even close the door because of the door rubbing into the fender). I added the washers hoping it would solve the problem temporary and what did you know it worked out for the best.

hey bookz, where exactlydid you add the washers? Was it on the bolt holding the door to the hinge? i am having the same problem. I get about 1/4" of up and down play on the door, however it does not seem to drop when i open it.

Also, are you able to replace the bushings alone? i couldn't really see any bushings, just looked like a regular hinge to me.?.?
