97 Cobra engine

I just bought a complete 97 cobra engine to put into my 96 GT . What kind of performance difference do you think that I will get? Horsepower and torque.
I have flowmasters, K&N cold air intake and bbk pulleys.

I think it'll put a big

on your face. Prolly around 70 more hp and around 40 or so tq? Thats just peak numbers though, the dohc will make plenty of power across the board.

the intake and pullies came with the engine, also he included an aftermarket fan but I do not know what kind of defference this makes. Should the enginge swap be pretty easy?
