yeah all the 96-98 cobras that i have seen have been like 11,000 but im sure you can talk someone down to 9 g's. i would get the 96-98 cobra over a LT1 trans am. theres no way you'll find an ls1 for 9 g's or under.

As for the older styles there around 9,10, and 11 but still have miles on them. You could prob get a newer mustang GT, and not worry about mods right away....
