Anyone installed headers, gears, etc. on their mustang?

I was wonder if anyone has installed some LT headers on their mustangs and if so what kind, how hard to install and all that good stuff.
Also has anyone installed any gears, if so how much, how hard, etc...
Same with suspension stuff, I'm not to fimilar with the mustang suspension so I will need some help here...Can I get subframe connectors and all those goodies, just let me know about anything anyone has with the suspension

Headers? LT's gotta raise the motor.
Gears? better leave that to the pro's.
Shocks, struts, easy stuff.
Springs? hmmm, rent a compressor or get a friend with experience.
Subframes? should weld.
