Default STEERING WHEEL

Has anyone ever replaced their stock steering wheel. I want to
install a GRANT steering wheel, but can't find an adapter. I don't
care about the air bag. I'll just pull the bulb from the gauge cluster.
Some help would be great.

Default RE: STEERING WHEEL

I want to replace mine too. Heres a description of how to take the wheel off. http://www.mustangworld.com/ourpics/fcar/fr500wheel.htm

I have a grant wheel on my 89, I had to buy an adapter inaddition to buying the wheel. I want to wait till my warrenty ends till I get a new steering wheel. Also you know its ilegal, right? I dont care. Cops never look inside my car.

Sparco makes very nice steering wheels much nice than grants, im ny opinion. They also have the adapters and quick release here too.

When you do it tell me how it went and send some pictures.
