4.30 are huge i never seen a mustang with those. thats pretty sick.

Yeah... I pulled a 13.02 and a 13.07 on my drag radials and all my other mods. He should see mid to low 13's. Id sat 13.35 unless he has lower control arms and full exhaust with a few other minor mods. After driving on my 4.10's for almost a year... I would really consider a set of 4.30's.

I would get 4.30's but im buying the gears through a group purchase and I cant get anything higher than 4.10's

Well I spent the whole day today putting in my 4.10s and the job still isn't done. We ran into a bunch of little problems here and there which put us behind, but it's cool cause I'm saving a ton of $$$$. I don't know if anyone here has experiene with installing gears but it took us well over an hour to get the pinion to push through the housing. It should of gone through with a couple whacks of a hammer but this biatch was so tight it was crazy. After we finally got that through we had to put on the bearings and stuff and that's about where I'm at now with it. Tomorrow everything will be put back in and be ready to go so I can't wait.... I know I'm saving money this way but I want it done NOW!

thats real tight kubball2005 i would do that but i just dont have the time to mess with that kinda stuff. By the way tho chrome mach 1 rims look pretty tight on your stang.

Yeah it's a pretty tough job, it should be done by today so I'll let everyone know much must I crap my pants when I take off with the new gears.

If we had a lift it would of been done yesterday. That's on my long list of things I wish I had!
