will heads from a 02/03 4.6 ford explorer work on my 96 4.6 motor im doing cams so if the cams are different it wont matter thanks alot

They're the same. Explorer heads and Mustang heads come up as the same part #s on AllData. The explorer 4.6s are essentially the same as the PI GT engines, except they are all aluminum and have the same cams as Mustang engines.
