what kinds of shocks do you perfer for street/strip..also any other easy suspension mods to help with traction..im getting NITTO Extreme Performance NT555 (245-45-17) tires on the back..anyone had them? by the way i have a 99 gt automatic..predator, K&N intake and filter, gears, shift kit. absolutely no traction at all (bald street tires )

depends on your budget. do you want adjustable shocks?

for more traction (other than the shocks, and tires), you might want to check into some lower control arms for the rear. maybe uppers as well.

Thats a good tire. My boy has a 91 fox fully built all motor pushing about 340 to the rear and he likes them. They hook great for a street tire. As far as shocks go I love tokicos. Cant go wrong with them.

Im only 17 so budget is not alot maybe..600..but i dont really wanna spend much on suspension since i just got done spending alot on some other appearance mods and if their hookin with a 340 hp fox then they must really be as good as they say

I've got some Strange 10-way adjustables on the way for the back of mine. $70 a piece a JEGS.

Yep. I have hears good things about the Strange shocks. You can adjust the all the way for the track, and then where ever you want it for normal driving.
