98 Mustang GT, on the drivers side gasket I pulled the spark plug wires off and when i did i noticed that there was coolant on the rubber portion of the cables i then looked into the chambers that hold each plug and noticed either moisture or collant that had collected in each plug area. i then looked at thepassanger sideplug wires and theywere clean and dry.

Does this sound like it may be a blown head gasket? Any suggestions. Thanks.
