RE: Pulleys for the stang
I've got Steeda, they're really nice. March makes them too...I think the Steeda's are more expensive but I got mine for 100 brand new. If you want some Steeda's let me knwo and I can get you in touch with a guy I know that can prolly get them for cheaper for you!

Hey just wondering, when you installed your steeda pullies did you have any problems with the belts squeaking? i have gone through about 4 or 5 belts from ford and a few gatesbelts and i cant seem to get them to stop. I have called steeda a few times and they have no idea. So i was curious if you changed your belt at all and if so what brand and what size did you use. Thanx

no, i used the belt...its got 40,000 miles on in..so ill be changin it soon-- in fact, next week! but anyways, that belt squeaking may just be the belt stretching out itself..my powersteering belt did it for a while...then it quieted down.
did you install them yourself?

no i had a performance shop install them. And the belt was squeaking the next day. the belt had about 30,000 miles on it, so i switched it. I got the belt from ford and installed that. And within a week that belt was squeaking. So i brought it to another shop who specializes in mustangs. he put on a smaller belt from gates and that was fine for about 4 months and now im sqeaking again. [:@]

im pretty sure they are lined up correctly. i mean i've been to two performance shops, doubt if they both missed something. i'll tell you what tho. they are not worth all the aggravation i've been going through, and according to dyno sheets you only pick up about 4 ponys.
