I realized this morning that mydriver's side foglight would not turn on. I assume that it just blew out. Is this simple as buying $10 bulb or do I have to buy a whole new $60 assembly?

Its a 99-01 cobra style front end / foglight assembly...

Yeah, most likely the bulb just burned out. Buy a new one. Its a rather easy install.

Apparently our cars have problems with having the fogs on while its raining out. Like, where its splashing off the road and stuff, not a light drizzle. Water comes up under the bumper and shorts the lights out because theyre not protected well enough. My car, and my friends cars, have had similar issues with bulbs burning out when driving in the rain. Just shut the fogs off in the rain, or cover up the backing with electrical tape (what i did).
