Default Removing Steeda Timing Adjuster

So, I have a Steeda timing adjuster that has been on there since I bought the car. I dont ever use it and i have a hand held tuner. So i was wondering if anyone knows what i need to do to remove it or at least deactivate it b/c its seems to be messing with any tune. I know how to take it off but im sure what needs to be done with the cable that attaches to the sensor. any help would be great.

Default RE: Removing Steeda Timing Adjuster

Just remove the bracket that holds the sensor and install the sensor in its original place, you will have to loosen the ACcompressor to do this andtheres no reason to remove the wheel if you don't want to.If the wire harness doesn't have its original push pin still on it you can gently fold it back a little and hold it with a zip tie so its not hanging down, good luck.
