if your still having the problem with the noise, add spacers to the top of the strut before you slide it through the c/c plate, 1/8 spacer or a 1/4" makes a world of different with sound.

Alrighty, I put the C/C plates on today with a 1/2 inch spacer and voila, no noise while turning at any speed.

I then took it to ford and had them align the car.

I then drove over the same bumps that I bottomed out on yesterday and only bottomed out on one of them and it was much much less severe. But I did raise the car just a little bit as well. However the car is very driveable now becuase it takes a heck of a bump for the car to bottom out.

way off topic but I just noticed your matte black stripes, are they vinyl or painted? and if they are vinyl where'd ya get em?

I am painting my 3 inch cowl hood right now, then in a month or so I will paint the stripes
