97 GT. I was leaking cooland from t-stat housing last week, so over the weekend I check things out, found it was leaking, put in a new gasket / silicone, and she was good for a few days. Then tonight, I got on the gas and before I know it, I see lots of smoke from the rear view. Coolant light goes on.

Pull off and after the smoke clears, notice that the PLASTIC (grrrrrrrrrr....) t-stat housing basically blew out and failed.

OK, I can deal with this. I have pulled intakes before to replace gaskets. But, I think I have an option. This PI intake I am reading about. Since I need a new manifold, should I just get this better one?
I have found both non-PI and PI intakes on ebay, abotu $200 shipped. Then, after reading the PI swap post, I found this link

and from the comments on the forum, seemed like a good product with almost all parts needed? What else should I get besides the fuel injector o-rings?

I am not plannign on doing the PI heads.

Hopefully when i look at it closer this week, I dont find other damage. :-(
