OK so I have a MAC FenderWell CAI. The bend is pretty sharp. I know a CAI dosent add much HP at all, if any but I have it for looks. Would I be better off leaving it running to the fender, or having the filter in the engine bay, short ram style? My guess is they would both be about the same no matter which way it is.

 

The fenderwell air will be on average 15 to 25+ degrees cooler than underhood (and behind the radiator); you decide...[/align][/align]That's why Ford shipped the car with a CAI.[/align]

run it with the filter in the fender well

 

i like mine with ram air. easier to clean filter

 

It won't matter. The chrome makes it worthless anyway.
