Ok i havent changed them from .032 yet. So if i set them up at .035 and they tick do i go down or up?

Well its kind of hard telling what the tick is coming from, I doubt its from your plugs. Injector tick maybe? Did it just start doing it?

well when i first started driving it after putting it together it was fine (i didnt hear anything) but next morning i started it up and right away there was a real quiet tick

Hmm, thats weird. I would check to make sure none of your plugs loosened up on you. Did you torque them down?

You know i was thinking that too, yea i torqued them down to 12 ft lbs (the manual says 7-14). I'll check on that first then. Thanks...btw does that happen often in our cars?

Yea let me know how it goes for you.

Yes our cars are known to shoot plugs out of the heads, but usually it will pull the threads out too.
