Your mods are Flowmaster catback, X-pipe, Densecharger and 3.73's. I wouldn't even count the chip, they are a bad mod IMO, pre-tuned chips suck.
Anyways, you should be able to get into high 13's with those mods alone assuming you can get decent traction with a 5 speed and a hard shift into 2nd.
