well kb pulleys are 1psi less than what they advertise plus when i dynoed at 10psi i ranged from 8.9psi to 11.5 psi on the sheets. you should be fine with 10psi pulley and a safe tune.
That's 1.5 lbs more than advertised. My 6 lb pulley made 7.5.

Dont forget the gauges ( boost,fuel pressure, and A/F ratio). Are you doing the install?
