J-Mod?

VAP sells just the plate and gaskets.
Funny thing though, when I took my VB off (2003 GT vert) all the holes in the stock plate were at least the same size as the JModded plate, except for one hole (reverse I think) which was smaller.
In fact, some of the holes in the stock plate were actually LARGER than the Jmodded plate! I had the *mild* plate.
I know for a fact the tranny was never touched because I know the original owner and the yellow plug was still in the pan.
Bottom line, I think Ford started incorporating the larger seperator plate holes in the production trannys, or at least some of them, at some point.
I left the springs and accumulator valves in BTW.
I also put back the stock plate, with new gaskets of course.
My car shifts *sloppy* when light on the gas, like all the stock Fords do, but will chirp the tires 1-2 and sometimes 2-3 if you nail it.
