bone stock 02 gt w/ v2 s trim kit help
ok if my mechanic says its ok im purchasing a 02 gt w/ 44k on it. the 2 previous owners really know nothing about cars but it was well maintained. the 1st owner left it bone stock and bought the the v-2 s trim w/ powercoolkit from vortech and had it bolted on and EVERYTHING else is bone stock even the mufflers. what type of power am i making and what potential do i have, i kno the mods to get from here is plenum, t body, full exhaust, a tune n gears (had 3 n/a 5.0 b4 this car). it took a while to make boost but when it did it pulled, i've never driven a stang w/ out gear so i was a lil disapointed the the snap it had but it did pull hard, what type of power can i add and any other mods to keep in mind, also do i need to change injectors if i get a tune, and can i do the other mods and not tune it for a while
sry for the long post but i got alot to consider w/ this new adventure in these 2v's

RE: bone stock 02 gt w/ v2 s trim kit help
It's definitely not going to snap your neck back especially with stock gear, but thats just the nature of how the centri blowers work. Theyre linear and depend on RPM so the more you spin the motor the more of the pulling feeling you get.
I could see you making ~400rwhp with a few boltons and some exhaust work. PM sxynerd. He has an NPI gt making around 400 with no headers and boltons.
