Default anyone using duralast plug wires

I got some duralast plug wires today and they are pissing me off. I can't even install them because the directions are crap. They say line them up, from longest to shortest and use that for numbering I guess (such as 1,2,3,4,etc. from longest to shortest). They say to compare wire length to see if they are correct. Well I pull plug wire #1 and they don't match up at all, #1 is extremely short compared to the duralast wire. I also pulled #8 and it measured around 24"(this is stock motorcrafts) and there wasnt' even a plug close to 24" long. Can anyone help me out here? Or tell me about some wires that have some good directions and correct lengths so I can actually install them? thanks

Can you pull one wire off at a time and measure it to one of the duralast. Just match up the wires by the lengths and put them on one at a time. Good luck.
