camshaft position sensor code?

camshaft position sensor code?

i had my service engine soon light come on so i ran the codes and it said the camshaft position sensor is bad? anybody know more about this or how it can be replaced?

just buy it its like 12 bucks. i replaced mine. real easy. when you get it you will be able to see it. it bolts up to the front side of the engine.

Before you waste money on the sensor take the altenator to auto zone and have it checked.
