A/C problem after PI intake swap...HELP
1996 Mustang GT P.I. intake swap was successful but there is a minor problem...Obviously there is only one spot for one sensor. The other sensor being unplugged causes the fan to be on at all times. Which is ok with me but having the sensor unplugged causes my a/c to blow warm air. I plugged the sensor into the connector, but not not having anywhere to plug into the intake, fixes the a/c problem, but this turn my fan off and will make the engine run hot.
The only way I know to fix this is to tap the crossover. But, I don't have any experience on doing this. Is there any other solutions to keep my a/c cold?

ive heard some one guy using a t-fitting where the one hole is and then connectiong both sensors to it. or just bring it to a shop and pay like $50 or something and have em tap the hole for you and install it. and holy ****, it just dawned on me, my a/c stopped working after i did my pi swap also.... i didnt notice it cuz i did it in the fall last year. and then when i tried using it in the spring it didnt work, i thought i had a leak or my compressor took a crap. well if thats the case im gonna have to try this today to see if she works.. lol because i have the sensor unplugged and its in my toolbox and the connector is just hanging out in the engine bay

Be careful, not too idle for too long...Just last week I got out of my car and kept my car idling (while the sensor was plugged into the wire connector only) and steam was shooting out from underneath my hood! My car over heated and pressure came through the radiator cap, and it was as tight as it could be. So if your fan isn't turned on this could happen.
Look on the bright side, there was so much pressure it came through the radiator cap and knowere around the intake manifold. So I must have done something right with the intake swap.
I read the same post about the T-fitting. But couldn't find where to find it and what it looks like or what it is called.

well tried the sensor and a/c blew cold as ice, now that summer is coming to a close... lol dont need it in wisconsin now. im gonna headto fleet farm later and try to find a t-fitting that will fit it and go from ther.
