lol i work at autozone and we hear all the excuses in the work just tell them something was defective about it and swap it for a new one

haha yea i work at pep boys... ill exchange it for them as long as i can tell they got it from us... i dont really care why they are returning it... it doesnt affect my paycheck if we do an exchange...
