Default Stuck in a rut need advice!!!

So this is my first time posting on this forum but I read a lot on these forums lately. Here is my situation:

I have a 2002 GT Mustang I bought it back in high school sort of like my first car and I can't seem to sell it because of a bond with it. I recently though of trading it in for a new Shelby GT500 but the dealer would not give me crap for the car. I figure I own the car free and clear doesn't cost me much to keep it so why not do something with it so I enjoy it more. I think the biggest problem is I feel it slow. I have other cars so this one just seems slow so I don't tend to drive it all that much. Now the car has 62k miles on it I really want to do a KB blower setup and I would like to run anywhere from 12-14 Ibs of boost. So from what I read a stock block can handle up to 9 Ibs of boost if I read correctly. So my question is what upgrades are required to get this car to handle 12-14 Ibs of boost? Part of me doing this is also because the mileage on the car I figure if I am going to add a blower I might as well upgrade parts in the block to avoid future problems.

So with all this done and said my goal is to get around 400 Horse Power I hope that goal is within reach and all advise is welcome and appreciated thanks.

If you replace your Rods, Pistons and Crank(extra safety).

Basically your whole bottom end then the sky is the limit for power.

Thank you for everyone is input I am really wanting to build the motor out so that I can get a good amount of boost running through the car. I know reading more now that I can get 400 hp from a 9 psi SC with a good tune. I guess I am gonna start reading up and figuring out what parts to go with to build the motor thanks everyone.
