Default major electrical problems with my 01 bullitt plz help!

ok so where do i begin, i put in my o/r h-pipe and my buddy didnt disconnect the battery when we took the starter off i burnt off the ground wire from driver side block to ds frame as well as the ground wire from the neg batt cable to the front core. i replaced them both but now....
whenever i turn the headlights on:
1. pass side hl is brighter than usual and driver side hl is almost dim like it dying yet has new bulbs
2. windshield washer fluid pump will not squirt when lights are on
3. the dash shows that driver side turnsignal is dying by showing lit when not in use, but when the turn signal is used, it blinks as if the bulb is dying, but when the lights are off, everything works fine
4. when the lights are on, the abs light appears on the dash
5. and worst of all, every single time i push the clutch in with the lights on, the radio completely shuts down, but when you let the clutch out, it comes back on

i have no idea where to even begin with this nightmare, if anybody can give me advice other than just to take it to ford i would greatly appreciate it. thanks all

It sounds to me as though when you shorted the starter +12V the volatge spike fried a bunch of things including the GEM; which controls a number of the devices you are having problems with...

From the '03 manual:
---------------------------------------

The generic electronic module (GEM)(14B205) is the only multifunction control module on this vehicle.

The GEM controls the following functions:
  • warning chimes and warning lamps
  • one-touch down window
  • windshield washers and wipers
  • battery saver
  • illuminated entry with keyless remote entry
  • interior lighting
---------------------------------------------

As you have no doubt learned disconnecting the battery should be the first thing done, almost before messing with anything...

I just looked up the wiring diagram. G102 is common for for all the items you are having problems with. Its located on the driver side of the engine compartment by the front near the battery. From the pic looks to be mounted on the radiator support. Make sure that wire is still good and not burned up as well. You may have to take the plastic shield off that goes above the radiator support. G102 is the ground for the driver's headlight, Driver's turn signal, washer pump, ABS control control module, and is the ground for the starter relay which the radio is tied into the clutch switch circuit that goes to the starter relay.
