here my .02 take some 600-800 grit sand paper and sand the rash down to get it smooth and touch it up a little bit and shoot a little clear over machined silver. Tape the tire off, and put a little paper over the rotor, or just take the wheel off the car. If its deep take a dremel tool and try to blend it in the best you can. Save your money.
