I had the exact same problem, clutch was squeaking while foot was off at idle after hard shifting. i did this http://www.corral.net/tech/drivetrain/clutcha.htm

worked perfectly

clutch feels brand new and dosnt squeak now

i circled the tab that auto readjusts the clutch

its above the gas-brake pedel

turn car off and put in neutral, push back on the circled tab with a towel or something toward the front of the car - this hook moves when the clutch moves and clicks you can hear it when it readjusts

turn the car on and put the clutch in a few times and try it out. it seriously works

Ya i got a bad one here! I hear a squeeking most the time until I barely put my foot on the clutch and it goes away. Most the time when I'm at drive-thru's or something it's kinda loud so I rest my foot on it for like 10 seconds lol. I hate tob's!

trying what andy13186 suggested is better and easier than taking the whole transmission out. Try that first.

Don't replace it if just resting your foot on the clutch makes it go away. Simply get a Steeda clutch adjuster and double hook quadrant. It will cost you $80 for them, and if you take your time you can install them yourself fairly easy. I wouldn't opt for their cable as I've heard from numerous sources they are known to snap.

The two parts I mentioned will enable you to adjust the clutch enough to eliminate that sound. I've had multiple garages with a really good reputation tell me the same thing.
