Default drag suspension

i was gonna do a nice drag suspension and after reading different thingsi have realized something. ppl have been runnin set-ups so they can dump the clutch at 4500 rpms to get better 60' times helping your 1/4 obviously but i have an auto so i can only get up 2100 rpms. is it worth getting traction parts or should i just stick to the DR's? i mean i get no spin now with the 315/35 nitto 555 r's.

how much would a stall converter kit cost. i mean my car feels super slow after i got to drive my gfs neighbors Viper. he was impressed with my car and trusted me to drive his mopar lol WITHOUT HIM IN THE CAR lol. i felt pretty big in that thing not to mention i knew the guy for less than 10 minutes. he now wants to sell it to me if i give him a reasonable price. theres only 1 thing even if at 19 years old i could afford it some how. i wonder what my 5 grand a year insurace would be on that thing.

*also what converter should i look at?

Well.. first off a GT is no V10 and you should definetly feel the difference. At the age of 19 I wouldnt even consider owning a Viper unless you are super rich and can afford the insurance. Stick with a GT and throu a blower on it. Im not sure about the costs or brands of stalls in a Mustang. Get wit HotRodsNBooze for that. I think he has one in his V6 stang.

i'd look into a stall, and maybe some sub frame connectors, control arms, and some nice springs/strut combos.
