Default Tremec 3650 help

Changing the fluid how do you put the new fluid in???

Either put it in thru the fill hole on the passenger side or take the shifter off and fill there. Its much easier to just fill thru the fill hole. Auto zone sell an attachment you can put on the fluid bottle that has a hose on it so you can just squeeze the fluid in.

Alright thanks i got it taken care of I was looking for the fill plug but could not find it at first. Yeah I'm not gonna even try to take that shifter off again that things on there and staying there.

Only use 3.2 qts (3.0L) of fluid, per Ford TSB 04-15-6. This will be 5/8" to 3/4" below the filler hole.

The lesser amount of oil reduces the tendancy for the shift rods and detents to hydrolock and make shifting difficult at higher input shaft speeds...
