Default first mustang and need help!!!!!!!

hi, my name is Justin i am 18 years old. i just bought a 2000 mustang GT and decided to change brakes, roders, and paint calipers. when i reassembled everything and primed the brakes the right way. when i press down on the brakes about half way i feel a not or a hallow spot or an air bubble. so i re read the priming directions and re-primed the brakes 3 more times and still have the hallow point what could this be and how can i fix it.

Welcome! I am moving this thread to a better section for some answers.
What procedure did you do to 'prime' the brakes after you did the change?
When you installed everything did you leave the cap for the brake fluid off when you pushed back the brake caliper piston? Try bleeding the brakes and when you have done that top off the lost brake fluid, place the cap back on, start the car and while in reverse slowly back up and pump the brake pedal many times. Pressure should build and the pedal should be firmer and higher......I know you said you did that 3 times nut it sounds like they need to be bled? hope it helps and others can help too!

you have to bleed the brakes. you can try doing it manually with a friend helping, do it in this order pass. rear, driver rear, pass. front, driver front. get him to pump up the brakes and hold pressure on the pedal and while he's holding pressure open the bleeder on one caliper at a time in the order above. make sure to close the bleeder before he lets the pedal up to go to the next one. make sure you keep the master cylinder full of brake fluid. if you bleed the brakes and the problem still persists your gonna have to take it to a dealership or a knowledgable shop so they can do an automated bleed with a scan tool which bleeds by pulsing the abs pump. good luck.

I had to bleed the hydoboost system to get my brakes to work right again, conventional bleeding got all the air out of the lines but the brakes were still spongie. Mine were open for quite a while tho.

i used what the diagram said i have to first prime the master cylinder after that i can bleed the right rear, driver rear, right front, and then left front. could there be something wrong with pedal or would it have to be the calipers?
when i pushed the pistons back i had the calipers off the car already is that bad?
