So long story short, there was metal in my oil all kinds of knocks and pings...timing chain tensioner and cover were destroyed, bearings, rods, lifters, basically my whole engine took a **** on itself.

There is no engine in my car and was obviously thinking about upgrading my engine.
Has anyone every completed a swap before, and have any suggestions or warnings before I get into it.

I was looking at 4v engines trying to get an idea of what I would need but i really haven't had any experience with this before so i wouldn't know where to start.
