Default pi head swap question

I have a pretty much bone stock 96 gt auto (131k miles) with nothing more than a pi intake swap. I have in my hands now a pair of pi cylinder heads that I'm planning to bolt on. Will the fact that I've modified the car with the pi intake interfere with the head installation? Also, with such high mileage is the timing chain something I should definitely change to a new one? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I used my old chains that had 101k on them when I did the swap. The pi intake shouldnt be a problem.

the engine seems to be in fine shape. I'm really interested in going for broke and using at least a 75hp dry shot from a zex kit. Or do you think that should be averted because of the higher compression. I see you did a pi head swap and ran a procharger, so idk. I was going to use the money for the nitrous kit for some lt's when I install the heads but I'm leaning towards the nitrous kit.

the higher compressions is better suited for a nitrous car. I wasn't really planning on boosting my car at the time of the pi swap, but I later got a great deal on the procharger. I just have to run lower timing than a procharged pi motor gt to keep detonation away.
