I got a 03 gt with a mach 1000 audio system, i got cd stuck in the 5 disk, i took out the stereo and pulled out the cd plugged it back in and now it wont work. no lights come on from the radio for some reason am still woks but fm and cd wont. I checked the fuse or atleast the fuse that i thought its was 27 but the fuse look fine. if any one has any ideas i would really appreciate it. thanks

 

those 6 disc changer mach units always jam. I had to buy a new unit. Your problem is kinda strange though, I have no first hand knowledge but maybe try disconnecting and reconnecting the battery?

 

I have never had any use for a stock head unit in any of my cars, unfortunately.

I have found they just don't hold up well and the sound always leaves much to be desired. I recommend you swap that baby out for a good name brand and forgo the stock one.
