Did you check the cam timing when you changed the tentioners.

No i didnt mess with the timing, just changed the primary tensioners.

I think he is hinting that when you were playing with the tensioner the chain skipped a tooth.

I would take it apart as soon as you can.

Update: Today my mechanic came he listened to the car he told me it was not going to be a big problem. He said the engine lost oil pressure to the top of the engine that's why it sounds like that. Now my question is, what can cause low oil pressure to the top of the engine, do i need to replace my oil pump, or what else can it be?
