Default Grinding after a specific downshift issue...

Having had my Mustang for a couple weeks now and this being my first manual car, I found an excuse to go out driving today by telling myself I'd go practice smoothing out my downshifts.

I've gotten comfortable with the stick at this point and shift nice and smooth, but today I noticed a grinding noise when I shift into 5th only after a downshift into 4th. In other words, I never get any grinding through any of the gears including the 4-5 shift, but after a downshift from 5th to 4th, I got a grind when I shifted back up to 5th. Any thoughts on whats going on with this? This seems very strange to me.

Update: Driving tonight it did not happen at all. Either it was just my own driver error (though I checked it several times), it will come up as an issue again later, or who knows. I'll keep en eye on it.
