im doin this for my roommate who has an 08 gt. i posted this in the 05-present section but apprently none of them have one. Hows Pypes C/B fitment? ive heard off a few issues, but i didnt have any with my Pypes o/r x. just checkin for him before he drops some coin. Thanks!

 

Mine fit fine but I had to disconnect the shocks and drop the axle to get it in my car.

 

^ really? i thought you had to assemble them. You've done it so i'll take your word

 

drop the axle?!? ox you wimp.... my fit ment sucks, my right side is cocked a little inward... im gonna have to go to an exhaust shop and have them fix it

 

shouldnt have that problem on an 05 as i think the factory and most aftermarket cat backs have slip fits over the axle. i loved the violator system on my gt, miss the sound actually but the alternative was worth it. i even liked it better than my buddys slp.

 

ya i see now. for the 99-04 it is one solid peice. but for the 5-09's you have to assemble it.

 

LOL I'm pretty sure the under side of my car looks alot different then yours. I didn't even have the anti roll bar connected. The biggest problem I had was my fuel feed line.
