Default non-adjustable shocks/struts

anyone know what the rate is on these? are they more designed for drag racing or road racing? i'm debating whether or not to go adjustable

It depends on what kind of shock or shrut. Adj. just allows you to dial in your car better say for the track etc. I went with non adjustables and they are great for cornering. My only complaint is with changing tire profile and going with an 18" rim I wish it was a 1/2 lower in the front as my 18" wheels are smaller than stock diameter.
