Default S/C 2000 GT help

The car has a procharger on it and last night it broke one of the ribs off of the belt, the broken rib coiled itself around the procharger pulley. After getting out all the pieces of the belt out from the pulley I noticed the procharger pulley had began to grind away at my alternator, only a little bit but enough to be noticed. So my question is do any of you know what would or could have caused the procharger or alternator to move?

Aside from the obvious, "it wasn't bolted down tight enough," it sounds like it's time to pulley down. :0)

Mine did that right after I pulled the head to change belts. I accidently lost the spacer that kept the pulleys lined up correctly. You need to find some washers and get the pulleys lined up again.
