Default removing/installing pi heads help

im getting my pi heads port/polish, anyone knows where i can get info on how to remove and install the heads on my own. any help would be greatly appreciated.

#1 thing I buy for any car is a hayes manual, $20 has paid off numerous times.

I like Haynes for torque specs/capacities... and that's about it... That repair/maintenance guide is crap.

+1000 on the haynes manual. if ur looking for an online article use the search button or google, but i guarantee the articles u find won't tell u about all the other stuff involved.
