trick flow heads..stock cams?

im running the stock bottem end so i was just worrying about that. i wasnt worried about money wise on new cams, i just dont wanna see the pistons come through the block or a valve bend. my car gets ran at the track almost every friday for about 4-5 runs. aswell as driving it everyday.
